You are agreeing that should your sign need repair during the warranty period that NeonSign.com will provide the required units that need to be replaced. You will be the responsible party for making the necessary repairs.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon products.

All signs are packed so that they should arrive to you in perfect condition. Each sign is packed in an inner box and the neon is surrounded by foam. The inner box is then placed in an outer box with more foam to cushion any motion during shipping. If you see that any of the boxes have been damaged please let us know immediately.
